The agreement that governs your use of Printcore.ai
Version 1.0 — Effective June 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Printcore LLC ("Printcore", "we", "us", or "our"), and govern your access to and use of the Printcore production-management platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms incorporate our Data Privacy & Security Policy by reference.
By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, "you" refers to that organization, and you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
Printcore provides software for print and signage shops, including AI-assisted quoting and estimating, customer approval portals, production scheduling, inventory tracking, reporting, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily limit availability.

We may offer a free trial period. Unless stated otherwise, no credit card is required to begin a trial, and you may cancel at any time before the trial ends without charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers, and to determine eligibility, at our discretion. At the end of a trial, continued use of paid features requires an active paid subscription.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Service, other customers, or third parties.
You retain all rights to the data, files, artwork, and content you and your customers submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for having the rights necessary to submit it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Data Privacy & Security Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, models, and "Printcore" and related marks, is owned by Printcore LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
The Service may integrate with third-party products such as accounting software, payment processors, and shipping carriers. Those integrations are provided for convenience, are governed by the third party's own terms, and are not under our control. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with quoting, estimating, and other tasks. AI-generated prices, estimates, parsed order details, and recommendations are provided as a starting point only and may contain errors or omissions.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all quotes, prices, and production decisions before relying on or communicating them to your customers. Printcore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any AI-generated output, and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printcore and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printcore and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data export and post-termination data handling are described in our Privacy Policy. Sections intended to survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
