01 Data Collection

• Job & production data — quotes, orders, job specifications, production workflows
• Customer records — names, contact information, order history
• Financial data — pricing, invoices, payment records processed through third-party providers
• Uploaded files — artwork, production files, documents
• System usage data — feature usage, login activity, application logs

02 Data Storage

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure through Firebase services, including Cloud Firestore (structured data), Firebase Storage (files and uploads), and Firebase Authentication (account credentials). Data is stored in data centers located in the United States.

03 Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including:

• Tenant-level data isolation — each organization's data is logically separated
• Role-based access controls — permissions are scoped to user roles within your organization
• Encrypted communications — all data in transit is protected via TLS/SSL
• Secure authentication — passwords are hashed and salted; session tokens are securely managed
• Infrastructure security — hosted on Google Cloud Platform with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure

04 Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account termination or subscription cancellation, your data may be retained for up to 90 days for recovery purposes, after which it may be permanently deleted. We are not obligated to maintain or provide copies of your data after account termination.

05 Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services including, but not limited to, QuickBooks, Stripe, and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, or service availability of these third-party providers. Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies.

06 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining your own independent backups of critical business data
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Ensuring that any data you enter into the system does not violate the rights of any third party

07 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Export — request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Opt-out — opt out of non-essential communications at any time

08 Cookies & Analytics
