Your inventory list
Every substrate, ink, and consumable, with quantity on hand, value, and recent usage. Stock auto-deducts the moment a job moves into Production.

What to do
Click Inventory in the side menu. Sort by stock level, value, or last used.
Why it matters
Your stock count stays accurate without anyone manually logging usage. The number on screen is the number on the shelf.
Open an item to see the details
Each inventory item has its own detail card — current stock, low-stock alert, cost per unit, dimensions, pricing categories, and a preferred supplier with the SKU and reorder quantity.

What to do
Click any item in the list. Adjust the Low Stock Alert threshold, set the Reorder Qty, and pick a Preferred Supplier. Save Changes.
Why it matters
Setting these once means Printcore knows exactly when to alert you and what to reorder — no more guessing or running out mid-job.
Substrate Forecast (AI)
Based on the jobs in your queue, Printcore predicts when you'll run out of each material.

What to do
Click the Forecast tab. The chart shows projected stock-outs by date.
Why it matters
Reactive shops lose to slow restocks. Forecasting lets you place suppliers' orders early — and at better prices.
Purchase Orders
Generate POs to your suppliers with a click. Printcore tracks ETA and updates inventory when received.

What to do
From any low-stock item, click Create PO. Fill quantity and supplier. Save.
Why it matters
Less paperwork, fewer mistakes. POs link to inventory so receiving updates stock automatically.
Supplier database
A built-in catalog of substrates and consumables from your suppliers — search, find what you need, and add it to inventory in one click.
What to do
Click Suppliers. Browse the catalog or search by material. Click + Add to Inventory on any item.
Why it matters
You never have to type substrate specs by hand. The catalog stays in sync with what your suppliers actually carry, so quotes use real, current materials.
