Step 1 of 6Customer Portal

What customers see first

After you invite a customer, they get a login. They land on their own dashboard — only their jobs, only their data.

What to do

From any customer's page, click Invite to Portal. They sign in at the link in the invite email.

Why it matters

Customers stop emailing you for status updates — they just check the portal.
Step 2 of 6Customer Portal

Job history & reorders

Customers can see every job they've ever had — and click Reorder to start a new quote based on a past job.

What to do

Customers click any past job and pick Reorder. The reorder lands in your dashboard as a fresh quote.

Why it matters

Repeat business is the easiest revenue. Making it one click captures more of it.
Step 3 of 6Customer Portal

Proof approvals — no more email back-and-forth

When a job is in Prepress, customers see the proof in their portal and click Approve or Request Changes.

What to do

Upload a proof to any job in Prepress. The customer sees it instantly in their portal with a 1-click approve button.

Why it matters

Approvals are time-stamped and logged. No more "I never got that email" disputes.
Step 4 of 6Customer Portal

Built-in AI assistant

Customers can ask questions in plain English — "how long until my order ships?", "what was my last invoice total?" — and get answers from their data.

What to do

Customers click the chat bubble in the portal corner. The AI answers with their actual data.

Why it matters

Cuts down inbound "where's my order" calls. Your team handles fewer status questions, focuses on real work.
Step 5 of 6Customer Portal

New job requests

Customers can submit new job requests from the portal. Those land in your dashboard as draft quotes.

What to do

Customers click New Job in the portal and fill the form. The request shows in your dashboard's Quote column.

Why it matters

You give customers a self-service door to start work, without giving them direct access to your full system.

Self-service for your customers 🔐

Now let's see what happens once a job moves from Quote to Production.
