Step 1 of 6Customers
The Customers list
Every customer your shop has worked with, sorted however you like — by recent revenue, name, or last job date.
app.printcore.ai/customers
What to do
Click Customers in the side menu. The list opens with revenue and last job for each customer.
Why it matters
You can spot your top customers, and the ones who've gone quiet, in 5 seconds.
Step 2 of 6Customers
Open a customer
Click any row to see the full customer record — contact info, billing and shipping addresses, total orders, total revenue, open orders, and the complete order history.
app.printcore.ai/customers/123
What to do
Click on a customer name in the list. The detail card opens. Hit + New Quote to start a fresh quote for them, or Edit Customer to update their info.
Why it matters
You stop hunting through emails or spreadsheets. Every interaction with this customer — every quote, every job, all the running totals — is in one place.
Step 3 of 6Customers
File Check on every job
When a customer sends or uploads files for a job, Printcore automatically checks color mode, resolution, bleeds, and embedded fonts.
app.printcore.ai/customers
What to do
Open any customer's job and look at the File Check report. Green checks mean the file is press-ready; red flags surface issues before they hit the press.
Why it matters
You catch RGB-instead-of-CMYK or low-res placements early — saving spoilage, reprints, and awkward callbacks.
Step 4 of 6Customers
Search across your customers and your accounting
From the customer search, click Search Accounting or Search CRM to find a contact in your connected systems and pull them into Printcore in one click.
app.printcore.ai/customers
What to do
Type a name in the search box, then click Search Accounting. Matches from your accounting service appear on the right; hit Import on any one to add it to Printcore.
Why it matters
You don't have to retype customers that already exist in QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Salesforce, or your other connected systems. Apideck handles the back-and-forth so the data stays consistent.
Step 5 of 6Customers
Give the customer portal access
Each customer can have their own login to a self-service portal — they see their jobs, approve proofs, and re-order. Setup is one screen: enable, copy the URL and PIN, and send.
app.printcore.ai/customers/123/portal
What to do
Open Portal Setup on any customer. Toggle Portal access enabled, confirm the login email and PIN, and click Send Credentials (or Copy Credentials to send via your own email or text).
Why it matters
Less back-and-forth on proofs and reorders. Customers love the self-service convenience — and you're not the bottleneck for status questions.
