Step 1 of 6Email to Quote

What to do

Click Email to Quote in the side menu.

Why it matters

You stop re-typing what's already in the customer's email. Saves 5 minutes per quote.
Step 2 of 6Email to Quote

Paste the customer email

Copy the body of the customer's email (subject + body) into the input box.

What to do

In step 1 of the wizard (Email Input), paste the email content. Click Parse Email.

Why it matters

AI works best when it has both subject and body. More context = better extraction.
Step 3 of 6Email to Quote

Review what AI extracted

Printcore shows what it pulled out: customer name, email, project name, plus each line item it found.

Confidence rating

What to do

Look at the Parse Confidence percentage at the top. 80%+ means the email was clear and complete. Below 60% — read carefully and edit.

Why it matters

AI is right most of the time, but you stay in charge. The confidence number is a quick gut check.
Step 4 of 6Email to Quote

Match the customer

Step 3 of the wizard: pick the matching customer in your database, or create a new one if it's their first job.
