This is your Shop Floor
Every job in the shop, on one screen. Cards move from left to right as work progresses — Quote → Approved → Prepress → Production → Finishing → Shipping → Invoice.

What to do
Take a look. The columns across the top represent the stages a job goes through.
Why it matters
At a glance you can see how busy each stage is, which jobs are stuck, and what's heading to production next.
Each card is one job
A card shows the customer name, job number, what's being printed, the materials, the quantity, and the price.

A job card
What to do
Click any card to open the full job — proofs, files, line items, customer info, and history.
Why it matters
You never have to hunt for the details of a job. Everything is right where you saw the card.
Drag cards to update status
When work moves from one stage to the next, just drag the card to the new column.

What to do
Try dragging a card from Quote to Approved. The customer is automatically notified, and the job moves into the production queue.
Why it matters
Status updates ripple instantly — to the customer portal, to your reports, and to anyone else looking at the board.
Search anything
The search bar at the top finds jobs by number, customer, PO, name — anything you remember about it.

Faster than scrolling. Especially when the board has hundreds of cards.

On the left, you'll find a quote builder for every product type, plus Customers, Production, Inventory, and Reports.
