Step 1 of 7Wide/Digital Quote Builder
Pick the format tab
At the top: Wide Format (banners, signs), Digital Press (postcards, flyers), Products (canned items), Design (graphics-only services).

Choose your format
What to do
Click the tab that matches what your customer is asking for. We'll start with Wide Format.
Why it matters
Each tab uses pricing logic tuned for that product type — square-footage for wide format, per-piece for digital, etc.
Step 2 of 7Wide/Digital Quote Builder
Choose the material
Pick from your stocked substrates. The list is filtered to materials suited to the format you chose.

Material picker
What to do
Click the Material field and start typing. Choose from the dropdown.
Why it matters
Printcore knows your roll widths and stock pricing, so it can calculate yield correctly the moment you choose.
Step 3 of 7Wide/Digital Quote Builder
Enter quantity and size
Tell Printcore how many pieces, what size, and whether it's single- or double-sided.

Qty, width, height, sides
What to do
Fill in QTY, WIDTH (inches), HEIGHT (inches), and SIDES. The price updates instantly below.
Why it matters
Printcore optimizes how the pieces get laid out on the substrate — so the price reflects real material usage, not worst case.
Step 4 of 7Wide/Digital Quote Builder
Read the AI Price Suggestion
The yellow strip suggests a price based on jobs your shop has actually run, with a confidence rating.

AI suggested price
What to do
Read the suggested price and the explanation below it. Click Add to use it, or scroll down to use the calculated price instead.
Why it matters
Pricing reflects what actually wins business in your market — not just material × markup. Confidence shows how much past data was available to base it on.
Step 5 of 7Wide/Digital Quote Builder
Check the layout preview
The blue boxes show how your pieces will get cut from the substrate. Yellow space is waste.

Sheet layout
What to do
Glance at the preview. If yield (the % shown) looks low, try a different substrate width.
Why it matters
You catch waste-heavy jobs before sending the quote out. Customers don't pay for your trim scrap.
Step 6 of 7Wide/Digital Quote Builder
Add finishing & save
Tick any finishing options (cutting, hemming, grommets, lamination) at the bottom, fill in the customer block on the right, and save.

Customer + Save
What to do
Pick the customer (or create new), give the job a name, then click Save Quote. The quote moves into the Quote column on your dashboard.
Why it matters
From here you can email the quote, get approval, and the job flows into production with no re-typing.
